We’re looking for a Marketing Analyst who can move beyond dashboards and actually explain what’s working, what’s not, and what needs to change.
This role sits at the intersection of marketing and decision-making. You’ll work with campaign data, user behavior, and performance metrics to bring clarity to growth efforts.

What You’ll Own
- Analyze marketing campaigns across channels (digital, performance, brand)
- Track key metrics — CAC, conversion rates, funnel drop-offs, ROI
- Build reports and dashboards that are clear, relevant, and actionable
- Identify trends, patterns, and performance gaps across campaigns
- Work closely with marketing teams to improve targeting and messaging
- Support A/B testing, campaign experiments, and performance optimization
- Translate data into insights that influence marketing strategy
- Ensure data accuracy and consistency across platforms
What We’re Looking For
- 2–5 years of experience in marketing analytics, growth analytics, or similar roles
- Strong analytical thinking with attention to detail
- Hands-on experience with tools like Excel, Google Analytics, or similar platforms
- Basic understanding of performance marketing and digital funnels
- Ability to present data in a simple, structured, and meaningful way
- Comfort working with cross-functional teams
