About Santy Labs
Santy Labs is an AI-first product and engineering studio in Hyderabad. We build AI integrations, automations, SaaS products, and web and mobile apps for startups and growing businesses.
About the role
This is a hands-on internship that combines marketing with personal-assistant work. You'll work directly with the founder, see how a small AI studio runs, and build real skills in digital marketing, social media and AI tools.
What you'll do
- Plan, create and schedule posts for LinkedIn, Instagram and other channels
- Support digital marketing campaigns: content, SEO basics, email and ads
- Use AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Canva AI and automation tools) to create content and speed up work
- Help set up simple AI automations for outreach and lead handling
- Manage the founder's calendar, follow-ups, notes and client communication
- Research leads, competitors and market trends, and keep trackers up to date
What you'll learn
- Digital marketing and social media marketing, from planning to analytics
- Practical AI: prompting, content generation and workflow automation
- How client projects and a small business run day to day
Who we're looking for
- Students or recent graduates from any stream who are interested in marketing, AI or startups
- Good written and spoken English
- Organised, reliable and quick to pick up new tools
- Basic Canva or design skills are a plus
Details
- Location: On-site, Hyderabad
- Stipend: ₹10,000 to ₹15,000 per month, based on performance
