Role Description

The Marketing Agent role is a part-time, remote position focused on promoting SBI Life’s products and services to potential clients. Responsibilities include identifying a target audience, building relationships with prospective customers, providing product consultations, and achieving sales goals. The agent will also offer exceptional customer service and ensure customer satisfaction by addressing inquiries and providing timely assistance. Additional duties may include contributing to promotional campaigns and undergoing periodic training programs to stay updated on company offerings.


Qualifications

  • Exceptional Communication and Customer Service skills
  • Proficiency in Sales and Marketing strategies
  • Ability to conduct Training sessions on product offerings
  • Proven aptitude for relationship-building and sales activities
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working remotely
  • Prior experience in the insurance, finance, or marketing industry is an advantage
  • High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is a plus
