Role Description The Marketing Advertising Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Dublin. This role involves planning and executing marketing and advertising campaigns, including digital and traditional channels, to support brand awareness and lead generation. The specialist will coordinate with internal teams and clients to develop messaging, manage content calendars, and optimize campaigns based on performance data. Daily tasks include monitoring campaign metrics, preparing reports, and adjusting strategies to improve results. The role also requires collaborating on promotional events, supporting public relations activities, and ensuring consistent brand communication across all platforms.
Qualifications
- Strong Marketing skills, including campaign planning, execution, and analysis
- Customer Service and Sales skills to support client needs and understand audience behaviors
- Excellent Communication and Public Relations skills for clear messaging and brand representation
- Ability to work on-site in Dublin and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
- Experience with digital advertising platforms, social media management, and basic analytics tools
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
- Organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines
- Previous experience in an agency or marketing environment is an advantage
