🕵️ Who are we looking for?  

We are looking for a Senior Product Analyst to take ownership of all things data at marketfeed. You will be the go-to expert for driving data-informed decision-making, optimizing performance, and uncovering critical insights. Your work will shape our strategy and give leadership a deeper understanding of the business.

As a Senior Product Analyst, you’ll not only lead complex analysis but also collaborate cross-functionally to ensure data is driving both day-to-day and strategic decisions. You'll have a seat at the table, providing insights to the leadership team and mentoring junior analysts, fostering a culture of data-driven innovation.

🎯 You’re a great fit if you:

• Have 4-7 years of experience in product, business, or data analytics, ideally in consumer tech or fintech startups.
• Possess advanced expertise in data analytics techniques including defining events, KPIs, dashboarding, RCA analysis, opportunity sizing, regression, modeling, and time series analysis.
• Can translate data into a compelling narrative by connecting insights to business goals, user behavior, and market dynamics.
• Are adept at working with various teams to prioritize, execute, and manage data-related requests from start to finish.
• Have leadership qualities and can mentor and develop junior analysts, ensuring high-quality outputs and continuous learning.

💯Bonus points if you:

• Have experience in financial markets, particularly trading and options, or a willingness to dive deep into this space.
• Have a proven track record of thriving in fast-paced, early-stage startup environments where autonomy and self-management are key.
• Have worked closely with founders or senior leadership to influence business decisions through data insights.

💬 Interviewing with us - Hiring Process 

Our hiring process is thorough, ensuring that we find the right fit for both you and us. Here's what you can expect:

1. Screening Round for Fit: Initial conversations over phone/video with a recruiter and hiring manager to assess skills, experience, and cultural fit.
2. Take-Home Assignment: A hands-on exercise to demonstrate your technical skills and approach to real-world problems.
3. Problem-Solving Round: In-depth analytical discussions to assess your ability to solve complex challenges in a business context.
4. Hiring Manager Interview: A detailed conversation with the hiring manager to explore your experience, work approach, and role alignment.
5. In-Person Interview with Founders: A final round with our founders to ensure you're a cultural fit and aligned with our mission.

Our interview process is structured to be welcoming and insightful. We aim to give you as much insight into our company as we gain from learning about you. Typically, this involves 3-4 interviews, either virtual or in-person.
