Role Description The Marketer at Alphabit School will develop and execute marketing campaigns to attract and engage learners, parents, and educational partners. This full-time remote role involves planning and managing digital marketing initiatives across channels such as social media, email, and search, as well as optimizing landing pages and enrollment funnels. The Marketer will analyze performance data, track KPIs, and adjust strategies to improve reach, engagement, and conversions. Day-to-day responsibilities include creating marketing content, coordinating with design and product teams, managing the marketing calendar, and supporting brand-building activities. The role also involves researching market trends, understanding learner and family needs, and contributing ideas to improve Alphabit School’s positioning in the online education space.
Qualifications
- Strong digital marketing skills, including campaign planning, social media management, and email marketing.
- Experience with performance analysis, marketing analytics tools, and data-driven decision-making.
- Ability to create clear, compelling marketing copy and collaborate on visual content for digital channels.
- Familiarity with SEO, basic paid advertising concepts, and website or landing page optimization.
- Comfort working in a remote environment with cross-functional teams across product, content, and support.
- Knowledge of or interest in online education, EdTech, or K–12 learning environments is highly beneficial.
- Organizational skills to manage multiple campaigns, deadlines, and stakeholder expectations.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
