Job details:
Consara is building modular organisational intelligence software - a system that connects to the operational data sources an organisation already runs, learns how that organisation is structured and where it typically fails, and intervenes before those failures propagate. The architecture is designed to plug into any industry's existing data infrastructure - not to replace it, and not to require custom-built integrations for every new environment.
Before we build the full system, we need to understand what that looks like across industries from the ground up. That is this role.

This is structured primary research with a technical dimension. You will be speaking directly with operations leaders, IT heads, and process owners across manufacturing, logistics, GCCs, healthcare operations, and enterprise campuses. The questions you are answering are not abstract:
— What operational and enterprise systems does this organisation run, and what data do those systems produce?
— How is that data structured, how is it accessed, and who currently uses it for what?
— Where does coordination between departments systematically break down, and what does that cost?
— How much of that cost is visible to leadership, and how much is absorbed silently?
— What would a decision-maker need to see before they would pay for a system that addressed this?
You will map data source landscapes across industries - ERPs, MES systems, SCADA, ITSM platforms, WMS, HRMS, CRMs, and their integrations - and produce analysis that tells us where a plug-and-play intelligence layer is technically feasible, commercially viable, and operationally urgent.
This work directly determines what we build first and which industries we enter. A strong outcome in this role is not a large volume of interviews. It is the production of clear operational insight: recurring failure patterns, data visibility gaps, integration constraints, and identifiable opportunities for intervention.

- 3+ years of experience in enterprise software, B2B SaaS, systems integration, or technology consulting. You must be able to hold a technical conversation about data infrastructure - APIs, event streams, database architectures, integration patterns - without needing it explained from scratch.
- Demonstrated exposure to at least two of the following sectors at an operational or technical level: hospitality, logistics and supply chain, large corporate structures or GCC operations, healthcare facilities management, and industrial operations.
- Experience conducting structured commercial research or due diligence - customer discovery, market sizing, competitive analysis - with a track record of producing findings that drove real decisions, not findings that sat in a deck.
- Ability to navigate and build rapport with senior stakeholders independently. You are not working from a script. You need to get meetings that are hard to get and make them productive.
- Strong analytical writing. You will produce structured synthesis documents. They need to be precise enough to build product decisions on.
- Comfort operating in environments where the structure of the problem is still emerging. Much of the work involves identifying the right questions before reliable answers exist.
You have spent time inside large organisations - consulting to them, integrating systems for them, or building products that sold to them - and you have a genuine understanding of the gap between what enterprise software promises and what it actually shows the people running operations. You find that gap interesting rather than frustrating. You want to work on something that addresses it from first principles.
This role will likely appeal most to candidates from analytically rigorous academic, consulting, enterprise technology, or operational backgrounds.
