Role Description
This is an on-site internship role for a Market Strategy Intern based in Gurugram. The intern will play a key role in driving business growth through outbound and inbound sales conversations, lead qualification, and customer engagement.
Key responsibilities include:
- Conducting sales and follow-up calls with potential clients
- Understanding customer needs and positioning AI-based solutions accordingly
- Supporting lead generation, qualification, and conversion efforts
- Assisting in refining sales scripts, outreach strategies, and growth experiments
- Collecting market and customer insights from calls to improve sales and marketing strategy
- Coordinating with the marketing and product teams to optimize conversion funnels
Qualifications
- Strong communication
- Comfort with customer interactions, follow-ups, and objection handling
- Basic understanding of sales funnels, growth strategy, or B2B marketing
- Ability to analyze customer feedback and market trends
- Highly organized, proactive, and able to multitask
- Bachelor’s degree (or pursuing) in Marketing, Business, Sales, or a related field
