Job Title: Market Return Executive

Location: Hebbal, Bengaluru

Job Responsibilities:

• Review distributor audit requests received from the Sales Finance team and plan audit schedules accordingly.
• Coordinate and communicate confirmed audit dates with all stakeholders.
• Ensure audits are completed as per planned schedules without delays.
• Coordinate collection of audited materials within defined timelines.
• Handle stock clearance activities from CFAs and ensure timely closure.
• Ensure external audit agencies follow company audit processes and guidelines.
• Arrange packaging materials and maintain Minimum Stock Levels (MSL) at audit agency locations.
• Share daily reports and provide weekly/monthly status updates to internal teams.
  
  

Required Skills:

• Experience in stock audits, distributor audits, or market return audits.
• Strong analytical skills to identify discrepancies, perform root cause analysis, and drive corrective actions.
• Good communication and coordination skills with cross-functional teams and external vendors.
• Ability to prepare and present management-ready reports.
• Experience in handling and analyzing large datasets with accuracy.
• Proactive mindset towards process improvement and operational efficiency.
  
  

Preferred Candidate Profile:

• Experience in FMCG / Supply Chain / Warehouse / Audit operations preferred.
• Good knowledge of Excel and reporting tools.
• Strong coordination and follow-up skills.
