Role Expectations: The Technical Detective
We are not looking for a traditional researcher to write academic reports. We expect you to act as the Intelligence Wing of our expansion into the 500 Cr+ Indian Enterprise sector. To succeed in this role, you must meet the following expectations:
- Surgical Lead Identification: We expect you to go beyond surface-level data. You must identify Indian organizations (₹100 Cr – ₹500 Cr+ revenue) that are currently "bracing for impact" due to fragile legacy systems.
- Outside-In Auditing: You are expected to "fingerprint" a target company’s technology. You will use tools to identify their tech stack and pinpoint the exact "cracks in the armor"—latency, security gaps, or scalability issues—where our Zero-Downtime architecture is the only solution.
- C-Suite Mapping: We expect you to map the professional DNA of CTOs, COOs, and Heads of IT. You don’t just find a name; you find the "Trigger Event" (an outage, a new warehouse, a global expansion) that makes our call the most important one they take all week.
- Sales Intelligence Production: We expect your research to be "Sniper-Ready." Every report you produce should give our growth team a clear, technical reason to reach out that is impossible for a CEO to ignore.
- Integrity of Data: In a firm that has maintained 100% uptime for 7 years for the 2nd largest school district in NJ, we expect zero-defect data. Accuracy is our only metric for success.
