Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Market Researcher role based in Gurugram. The Market Researcher will collect, interpret, and present data on real estate markets, customer segments, and investment trends to support strategic decisions across Valion’s service lines. Daily responsibilities include conducting quantitative and qualitative research, preparing market reports, tracking competitive activity, and identifying opportunities and risks in targeted geographies. The role involves collaborating with internal teams such as advisory, sales, and product to translate research findings into actionable insights and recommendations. The Market Researcher will also contribute to building research frameworks, maintaining data accuracy, and supporting presentations and client discussions as needed.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Market Research and Market Analysis skills.
- Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills and Quantitative Research capabilities.
- Candidates should possess clear and professional Communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Relevant experience of 2 to 4 years in market research, preferably in real estate, financial services, or consulting.
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Economics, Business, Statistics, Finance, or a related field.
- Proficiency in spreadsheets, data visualization tools, and basic statistical analysis methods.
- Ability to work with cross-functional teams and meet timelines in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with Indian real estate markets and investor behavior is an advantage.
