Role Overview
This role focuses on driving business growth through market research, strategy, and insights. You will identify new opportunities, build sector strategies, and support the sales team with strong, research-backed pitches.
Key Responsibilities
1. Market Research & Strategy
- Identify high-growth sectors (Pharma, Energy, Retail, etc.)
- Track industry and experience economy trends
- Build go-to-market strategies for new business areas
2. Business Growth
- Spot new opportunities and service ideas
- Support expansion into new markets and clients
- Develop scalable experience-based offerings
3. Sales & Pitch Support
- Create insight-led pitch decks and narratives
- Support pre-sales strategy for key clients
- Turn research into client-ready solutions
4. Internal Systems
- Build and organise research and knowledge databases
- Standardise pitch and proposal frameworks
- Improve information flow across teams
5. Team Management
- Guide and manage interns
- Ensure quality and timely research output
