Role & Responsibilities
- Conduct market and account research focused on the US geography
- Identify and analyze – Industry segments, Target companies, Key decision-makers and influencers
- Build and maintain accurate prospect and account databases to support Sales and BD teams
- Enrich lead data including company details, contacts, titles, emails, and phone numbers
- Maintain and update data in CRM systems such as Zoho CRM, Salesforce, or MS Dynamics CRM
- Support business development activities such as – Lead qualification, Account mapping, Market and competitor analysis
- Ensure data accuracy, completeness, and compliance with internal standards
- Collaborate closely with Sales and Business Development teams based in the US
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience in Market Research / Sales Research / Lead Generation within an IT Services company
- Strong understanding of – US geography, Industry verticals (IT, Healthcare, BFSI, Retail, etc.), US-based companies and corporate structures
- Proven experience supporting Sales or Business Development teams
- Hands-on experience with Market Research tools such as – Seamless, Zoominfo, Apollo.io, Lusha
- Strong research skills using online tools and professional networks
- Excellent attention to detail and data accuracy
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable working in a night shift (4 PM to 1 AM IST)

- Self-driven and results-oriented
- Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
- Interested in building a long-term career in Market Research, Sales Operations, or Business Development
- Willingness to work night shifts on a regular basis
