i-miRa Knowledge Solutions is looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Operations Coordinator to support daily operations across two of India's leading business platforms: MaxEd & Passionate in Marketing.

Office Location: Padivattom, Cochin (Work from office)
Key Responsibilities
Research Project Design: Help design qualitative and quantitative study methodologies, create sampling plans, and write survey questionnaires or discussion guides.
Project Coordination: Manage timelines, resources, and stakeholder communication for research projects and client deliverables.
Reporting: Prepare reports, presentations, and summaries
Process Optimization: Contribute ideas to improve workflow and operational efficiency.
Required Qualifications
Education: PG in Business Administration, Operations, Management, or a related field (Final year students or recent graduates are welcome).
Skills: Strong organization, time management, and excellent written/verbal communication.
Domain Knowledge: Basic understanding of market research, business intelligence, or marketing concepts.
Experience: Previous internship or work experience in operations or project coordination preferred.
