About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and confident Operations & Market Research Associate to join our team in Gurgaon. This is a field-based role focused on market research, data collection, and ground-level operations. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a proactive mindset, and the ability to interact professionally with high-profile individuals and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Field Research: Navigate major commercial areas and sectors in Gurgaon to collect specific data points as directed by the reporting manager.
- Market Mapping: Identify potential business opportunities, competitor presence, and key demographics within the city.
- Data Collection & Reporting: Accurately document findings, take site photos/videos where necessary, and provide daily updates to the management.
- Professional Interaction: Meet and interact with high-profile individuals, local vendors, and partners to gather insights and represent the organization.
- Site Evaluation: Assist in identifying and evaluating potential locations for upcoming physical operations.
- Task Coordination: Manage on-ground activities and logistics as required by the reporting manager.
Requirements
- Strong Communication: Excellent verbal and interpersonal skills. Must be confident in communicating with professionals and high-level stakeholders.
- Mobility: This is a 100% traveling/field job. Candidates must be comfortable navigating Gurgaon daily and must have their own mode of transport with a valid driving license.
- Proactive Mindset: A self-motivated individual who can work independently and meet deadlines without constant supervision.
- Basic Tech Skills: Proficiency in using smartphones, navigation apps, and basic reporting tools (Google Sheets/Excel).
- Education: Graduate in Business, Marketing, or a related field. Prior experience in field sales or market research is a plus.
