As part of our growth, we are looking for a Research & Market Intelligence Associate who can help build structured industry databases, identify key decision-makers, and support our content and outreach ecosystem.


Role Overview

This role focuses on research, data collection, and database building within the digital infrastructure ecosystem.


You will be responsible for:

Identifying companies across key infrastructure sectors

Building structured directories and intelligence databases

Mapping CXOs and decision-makers

Creating targeted lists for outreach and newsletters


This is a detail-oriented role requiring strong research skills, accuracy, and consistency.

Research and identify companies across:

Data Centers

Power & Energy Grid

Liquid & Immersion Cooling

Build a structured company directory list similar to:

Categorize companies based on:

Industry segment

Geography

Services offered

Market positioning


Decision-Maker & Leadership Mapping:

Identify and build verified lists of:

CXOs (CEO, CTO, CIO, CMO, etc.)

Founders & Co-founders

Heads of Departments

Senior Managers & Decision-makers

Collect accurate data including:

Full Name

Designation

Company

LinkedIn profile

Professional email (where applicable)


Database & Directory Building:

Build and maintain structured databases in:

Excel / Google Sheets / CRM

Ensure:

Data accuracy

Deduplication

Standard formatting

Regularly update and expand the directory


Newsletter List Development:

Build a targeted weekly newsletter list including:

Industry professionals

Decision-makers

Relevant stakeholders

Segment lists based on:

Industry

Geography

Seniority

Ensure high-quality and relevant audience targeting


Data Validation & Quality Control:

Verify authenticity of:

Companies

Contacts

Email IDs

Remove outdated or irrelevant entries

Maintain high-quality, clean datasets


Collaboration with Internal Teams:

Work closely with:

Marketing team (for campaigns & outreach)

Sales team (for lead generation)

Editorial team (for content targeting)

Provide structured data to support:

Campaign execution

Sales outreach

Newsletter distribution


Performance Expectations:

Build and maintain a high-quality industry directory

Deliver accurate and verified decision-maker lists

Ensure regular database updates

Support lead generation and outreach efforts

Maintain strong data quality and consistency


Required Skills & Qualifications

1–3 years of experience in:

Market research

Lead generation

Data research or analyst roles

Strong research and analytical skills


Experience with:

LinkedIn (Sales Navigator preferred)

Google search & data sourcing tools

Proficiency in:

Excel / Google Sheets

High attention to detail and accuracy


Preferred Industry Knowledge

Basic understanding of:

Data Centers

AI Infrastructure

Cloud & Neo Cloud ecosystem

Energy & sustainability markets


Preferred Tools & Skills:

LinkedIn Sales Navigator

Apollo / ZoomInfo / Lusha (or similar tools)

CRM platforms (HubSpot, Brevo, Close CRM or similar)

Data cleaning and structuring techniques
