Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct primary & secondary market research across real estate segments
- Perform feasibility studies, catchment analysis & site analysis
- Analyze demand-supply dynamics, pricing trends & competition benchmarking
- Prepare detailed research reports, presentations & strategic insights
- Work closely with developers, investors & stakeholders
What We’re Looking For:
- Must have experience in Primary & Secondary research
- Strong understanding of feasibility studies & market intelligence
- Must have experience with retail /real estate projects
