Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Market Representative, located iN Agra-Mathura Region. The Market Representative will engage in identifying and approaching potential clients, promoting company products, and building long-term customer relationships. Daily tasks include conducting market research, providing excellent customer service, negotiating deals, and offering product training and demonstrations where necessary. The role supports sales efforts to achieve company goals while ensuring customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively interact with clients and address their needs
- Proven experience in Sales and Negotiation to secure and close deals
- Ability to deliver Training sessions and product demonstrations effectively
- Self-motivation, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently
- Knowledge or experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industries is a significant advantage
- Proficiency in local languages and familiarity with the Delhi market is preferred
