Job Description for Senior Consultant at CLA Indus Value Consulting
CLA Indus Value Consulting is seeking a highly skilled Senior Consultant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in delivering high-quality consulting services and be adept at managing client relationships. As a Senior Consultant, you will be responsible for leading projects, guiding junior consultants, and providing strategic insights to our clients in various industries.
Key Responsibilities:
Proven capability to extract property and land ownership documents, including sale deeds, title deeds, and encumbrance-related records.
Experience in coordinating with local authorities such as Sub-Registrar Offices, municipal bodies, revenue departments, and land record offices.
Ability to conduct title verification, ownership tracing, and historical property transaction analysis.
Familiarity with state-wise land record systems, online portals, and physical record extraction processes.
Strong local network and liaison skills to facilitate information gathering efficiently.
Experience in asset tracing, forensic due diligence, or investigation-based assignments will be preferred.
Ability to prepare concise, well-documented findings and support reports with evidentiary documentation.
Willingness to travel extensively and work on time-sensitive assignments.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in consulting, with a focus on strategic analysis and project management.
- Strong analytical skills with a proven ability to interpret complex data and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging with stakeholders at all levels.
- Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to guide and motivate teams.
- Proficiency in project management and strategic planning methodologies.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Tools and Technologies:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Familiarity with data analysis and visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
- Experience with project management software (e.g., Asana, Trello, or similar).
- Knowledge of financial modeling and forecasting tools.
- Understanding of CRM software for managing client relationships.
