About the Role
You own Klearprop's supply side: visiting sites, tracking projects, and building deep market intelligence across MMR.
When a client is onboarded, you translate that knowledge into action: scout, evaluate, guide, negotiate, and close the deal.
What You'll Do
- Track all under-development projects (on-ground), project launches, pricing, and developer activity across MMR micromarkets.
- Visit sites regularly to validate construction quality, progress, and developer claims
- Build and maintain relationships with developer sales teams and site engineers
- Understand client requirements in depth and shortlist projects that genuinely match
- Support the 91-point property evaluation with on-ground data and observations
- Guide clients through the home-buying journey, including site visits, negotiations, and closing.
- Deliver a trust-based, pressure-free advisory experience during every interaction
- Coordinate with the marketing team and feed your observations into Klearprop's content
Who This Role Is For
Built for someone who prefers not to be stuck at a desk, loves talking to people, and gets excited about solving hard problems in a broken industry.
Required Qualifications
- 1 to 3 years of experience in real estate, construction, or client-facing roles is a must.
- Good communication skills are a must
- Graduate in any discipline: Architecture or Civil Engineering is a plus
- Immediate joiners preferred
