Role Description
We are looking for Management Graduate with 0-2 years experience to join FusionSkills India as a Market Development Specialist for Mumbai. The key responsibilities for the role are
- Handling an assigned territory across key markets of Mumbai Metropolitan Region.
- Identify business opportunities and conduct primary and secondary market research.
- Developing and nurturing relationships with institutions.
- Signing up institutions for FusionSkills Programs .
- Handling student queries and assisting them in program admission process.
- Achieving the revenue target assigned.
Skills & Qualification
· A self-motivator with impeccable integrity and strong ownership.
· A good communicator who is also a great listener.
· An individual with Customer First approach and entrepreneurial mindset.
· Willing to travel across the territory as and when required.
· MBA / PGDM graduated between 2024 to 2026 (preferably in Marketing / HR), to join from July 2026.
Compensation
The CTC range for this position is between ₹4,80,000 to ₹6,00,000. The individual is expected to spend 75% of his / her time on client visits and 25% to work from our office in Thane Hiranandani Estate.
