Position: Market Development Officer (MDO)
Job Type: Full-Time
Location: Aurangabad, Bihar
š Eligibility
- B.Sc. Agriculture / M.Sc. Agriculture
- Diploma in Agriculture
- MBA (Agribusiness) preferred
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
- Candidates with agri-input sales or field marketing experience will be preferred.
šÆ Key Responsibilities
ā£ Conduct farmer meetings and field demonstrations.
ā£ Build relationships with farmers and channel partners.
ā£ Promote the agri-products and services.
ā£ Achieve sales targets and expand market reach.
ā£ Collect market feedback and maintain sales reports.
Required Skills: Good communication, Sales mindset, Farmer engagement, Smartphone proficiency and Willingness to travel.
