Job Title: Market and Consumer Insight Manager
Location: Whitefield, Bengaluru (Hybrid 2-3 days)
Job Description
The Market and Consumer Insight Manager will report to the Head of Research and Trends. In this role, they will work closely with commercial, partnership, product, innovation, CX and brand marketing stakeholders to uncover unique competitive insights into current customers and prospect customers that drive business outcomes.
When required, this role will also work closely with our research agencies for relevant projects.
This role will also support the Research and Trends team to build out thought leadership within and outside Circles.Life (research newsletter, research synthesis and external research thought leadership blog).
We are looking for

- tech-savvy experimenters that are able to pick things up quickly with a keen eye and curiosity for know-how. Experimentation spirits in AI-assisted research workflows is a plus

As a key member of our team, your responsibilities include:
Project excellence
- Discover and understand stakeholder research needs
- Formulate well thought out research plans
- Build clear, efficient but realistic project timelines and manage stakeholder expectations
- Manage vendor relationships if applicable
- Build business-relevant analysis plans
- Go beyond the obvious to investigate data from different lens and understand the deep underlying insights
- Write clear analytical storylines and build appropriate visualisations to bring the insights to life
- Present insights in a clear and engaging manner to stakeholders to inspire actions
Thought leadership
- Build syntheses of earnings from internal research and external sources
- Build and maintain best practices in brand, communication and experience measurement
- Contribute to the monthly Research and Trends newsletter
Methodology innovation
- Build proven AI-assisted research workflows
- Create new ways of thinking, doing and socializing insights for optimal business outcomes or impact
The ideal candidate should possess the following:
5-7 years of experience in brand consultancy, consumer insight or market research either on the agency or client side
Must have :
- Curious and passionate about learning and innovation
- Curious and passionate about the future of AI in research and insights (where it works, where it needs humans-in-the-loop and where it stays out)
- Able to work with stakeholders from manager level and up
- Able to prioritize and manage projects well
- Comfortable working across both quantitative and qualitative research disciplines
- Intermediate knowledge of statistics
- Advanced knowledge of at least 2 disciplines
