· Regularly review and adjust sales strategies based on performance metrics and feedback from clients and team members.
· Set and achieve ambitious sales targets, demonstrating a results-driven mindset and adaptability to changing market conditions.
· Provide exceptional post-sales support, ensuring clients are satisfied and assisting them in maximizing product utilization.
· Engage in proactive follow-ups with potential clients, maintaining a consistent communication cadence to nurture relationships and close deals.
· Knowing all the details of our service.
· Regularly updating and obtaining the lists of individual contact details.
· Meet and exceed sales target set by the organization.
· Stay updated with market trends to better serve customers.
· Build and maintain positive relationships with future prospects.
· Conducting each function with the utmost respect, regardless of the behavior of the other.
· Keep record of every customer interaction and sales activities.
· Close the deals.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor's degree and strong foundational knowledge of sales principles.
A minimum of 1 years of direct sales experience (UAE experience will be preferred), ideally in a competitive industry, demonstrating a proven track record of success.
Efficient with English.
Good Communication Skills.
Languages (English and Hindi both are mandatory)
