Job Description
We are looking for the next Marine Personnel Administrator to provide support to the various department in the organisation, namely Marine HR.
Some of the things you'll be doing
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the Crew Management System and COMPAS.
- Coordinate seafarer onboarding, including pre-joining documents, visas, flag-state documentation, and travel readiness.
- Monitor document validity and support compliance with immigration, MCV, and DGS/RPSL requirements.
- Arrange crew briefings/debriefings, PEME, and other seafarer support activities.
- Prepare employment-related letters and manage seafarer administrative programs (LSA, Priority Pass, Ship Money).
- Support audits, departmental projects, and provide backup assistance to MPOs and the Marine HR team.
What We Are Looking For
- Diploma / Degree in Business / Maritime Studies or equivalent experience in the similar role in the marine industry is preferred
- Analytical, problem solving, time management and time management skills
- Ability to respond positively to customers in an effective and timely manner
- Demonstrate teamwork, interpersonal and communications skills
- A motivated self-starter, with willingness to take on additional responsibilities as required
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
