ABOUT THE ROLE:
You will be part of the marine HSEQ team, involved in collating and analysing HSQE data for trend identification, goal setting, and system improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
· Review and Analyse Marine/HSQE Data for the fleet.
· Handle the HSQE projects as assigned from time to time such as:
o Fleet analysis
o Safety campaigns
o EPA reports submission
o Safety circulars
· Follow up on the documentation, IMS checks, and upkeep of the records necessary for the office audits and TMSA.
· Analysing various performance charts and KPI data as necessary for SQE assurance.
· Assist with vetting and HSQE assurance tasks.
· Assist marine superintendents in day-to-day marine matters.
Qualification and Job Requirements
- Graduated with computer proficiency and good knowledge of Microsoft Office, Adobe, PowerPoint, Excel Spreadsheets, Power BI, etc.
- Proficient in data handling and analysis
· Possess a mature personality with interpersonal and organizational skills
- Excels in written and verbal English communication and delivers technical messages compellingly to internal/external stakeholders.
· Ability to work to deadlines and multitask.
· Resourceful, meticulous, well-organized and able to work in a team.
· Open to working outside of office hours if required.
· Preference to candidates with experience in similar HSQE roles but dedicated freshers will also be considered.
