About the role

The team is tasked with developing creative approaches to data sourcing, deriving new variables and factoring in qualitative insights to deliver high-impact business solutions. Conduct exploratory data analysis and hypothesis testing to uncover hidden patterns and trends in customer behavior. Lead the development of advanced data visualizations and dashboards to communicate insights and drive data-driven decision-making. Leverage customer data and analytics to acquire, develop, and retain high-value customers more profitably and effectively Develop a robust behavioral and needs-based segmentation to create more relevant, actionable, and personalized campaigns, offers, and engagements Closely monitor product and area performance, operational and manpower efficiency Develop and implement predictive models and machine learning algorithms to optimize customer acquisition, retention, and engagement strategies. Utilize big data technologies and cloud platforms to manage and analyze large datasets, ensuring data quality and integrity. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate data science solutions into business processes and decision-making frameworks.
