Job Details
- Pay: $19.50–$20/hr (DOE)
- Type: Temp to Hire; Full-time, hourly
- Schedule: Flexible shifts + weekends as needed
- Location: Sonoma, CA
What You’ll Do
- Produce cheese based on daily production goals
- Ensure quality and food safety standards (GMPs/SOPs)
- Keep work areas clean and organized
- Work as part of a team to meet production targets
- Report issues and help improve efficiency
What You Bring
- Manufacturing or food production experience (preferred)
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
- Attention to detail + basic math skills
- English required (Spanish a plus)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Physical Requirements
- Lift up to 50 lbs
- Stand, walk, bend, and perform repetitive tasks
- Work in cold/wet and noisy production environments
