Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Noida for a Marg ERP Expert. The Marg ERP Expert will oversee the implementation, configuration, and maintenance of the Marg ERP software. Daily responsibilities include customizing modules based on business requirements, troubleshooting technical issues, providing technical support to team members, training staff in system usage, and ensuring optimal performance of the software. Collaboration with cross-functional teams to improve workflow and documentation of system updates will also be key responsibilities.
Qualifications
- In-depth knowledge of Marg ERP software, including implementation, configuration, and troubleshooting
- Proficiency in database management and software customization
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills for diagnosing and resolving technical issues
- Experience in training and guiding users on the effective use of ERP systems
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration with internal teams and stakeholders
- Ability to work on-site in a dynamic team environment
- Prior experience in accounting or inventory management is a plus
- A degree or certification in IT, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred
