I’ve been with State Farm since 2008 and bring a deep understanding of the business, having previously served as a Claim Representative and later as a Claim Team Manager. This background has shaped the way I lead - focused on problem solving, customer care, and building a strong team culture from the start.<br><br>State Farm is truly part of my family story. I’m a third-generation State Farm employee, and I’m proud to continue that legacy. <li>Communicate with customers to understand their needs and provide available product information.</li>
<li>Assist in developing relationships with new and existing customers across multiple product lines.</li>
<li>Support daily office operations, including documentation, scheduling, and follow-up activities.</li>
<li>Participate in marketing efforts to promote awareness within the community.</li>
<li>Maintain accurate records and ensure a consistent customer experience.</li>
<li>Collaborate with team members to achieve office objectives.</li>
