Overview
We are looking for a MarCom Intern to support the pre-launch phase of our villas. This role will focus on ensuring seamless go-live readiness across platforms, coordinating shoots, and assisting in brand and content execution.
Key Responsibilities
1. Listings & Distribution Management
- Create and manage property listings across platforms including:
- Website
- Airbnb
- Booking.com
- MakeMyTrip (MMT)
- Other OTAs and aggregator platforms
- Ensure all listings are:
- Accurate, consistent, and optimized
- Aligned with brand tone and positioning
- Upload and format content including:
- Descriptions
- Amenities
- House rules
- Policies
2. Content & Copy Support
- Assist in writing and refining:
- Villa descriptions
- Platform-specific copy
- Short-form promotional content
- Ensure all content is sharp, consistent, and conversion-focused
- Work closely with the content team for approvals and iterations
3. Photoshoot & Video Shoot Coordination
- Coordinate end-to-end shoot requirements:
- Scheduling with photographers/videographers
- Aligning shoot checklist and shot list
- Assist on-ground during shoots:
- Styling supervision
- Ensuring brand guidelines are followed
- Manage post-shoot deliverables:
- Image selection
- File organization
- Handover for edits and uploads
4. Pre-Launch Readiness
- Maintain a checklist to ensure villas are platform-ready before launch
- Coordinate with internal teams (operations, design, content) for:
- Missing information
- Final approvals
- Ensure all digital touchpoints are live and error-free
5. Marketing & Campaign Support
- Assist in pre-launch buzz creation:
- Social media content coordination
- Launch collaterals
- Support emailers, website updates, and launch campaigns
- Help track performance of listings post go-live
Bonus Skills
- Canva / basic design tools
- Excel / Google Sheets for tracking
- Prior internship in hospitality, marketing, or content
Stipend: 20K
Duration: 6 months
