Dishwashing Responsibilities:
- Washing and sanitizing plates, glasses, cups, pots & pans
- Maintaining a clean and sanitary work space at all times
- Keeping dish area, and back kitchen neat & orderly
- Following all health & safety procedures to ensure clean dishware as well as equipment
- Helping to maintain overall kitchen and restaurant cleanliness and sanitation
- Cleaning floors, & equipment daily
- Cleaning & maintaining grease removal machine
- Emptying trash
Other Responsibilities:
- Help with mixing & portioning pizza doughs
- Help with chopping & preparing vegetables for pizzas and salads
- Cooking & portioning of signature sauces and dressings
- Ensuring 100% food safety & sanitation procedures
- Helping to top and cook pizzas to recipe or customer requests
