Summary
Azure Devops Engineer experienced with DevSecOps tools and secops Analysis. Core skills include building and maintaining continuous integration and delivery pipelines, infrastructure as code, and automated deployment processes
Should have hands on experience with a variety of SAST tools such as SonarQube and integrating the same with build and release pipelines in a cloud environment
Should have Good Experience in the design, development, and deployment of AWS cloud platform solutions
Knowledge of best practices in coding and software development using linting and code coverage tools
Essential Skills and Responsibilities
- Perform the deployment, monitoring, and maintenance of platforms
- Ensure platform reliability, scalability, and performance.
- Manage cloud infrastructure and services
- Work closely with cross-functional teams (developers, operations, QA, etc.).
- Communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Implement and manage Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) pipelines using tools such as jenkins, Azure Devops, Github Actions, Gitlab CI
- Develop scripts and tools to improve operational efficiency
- Ensure software and platforms comply with security standards and regulations.
- Implement security best practices and conduct regular security assessments
- Adhere to access controls and protect sensitive data
- Document processes, procedures, and infrastructure setups
- Stay up to date with emerging technologies and industry trends
- Continuously improve systems, processes, and methodologies
- Participate in project planning and execution
- Understand customer requirements and translate them into technical solutions
- Engage with stakeholders to gather feedback and refine requirem
- Explore and integrate generative AI technologies to enhance software capabilities
- Good to have experience with AIOPs, MLOps
Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in DevOps Engineering on MS Azure
- Good hands on experience with Azure Webapp and Azure functions
- Proficiency in scripting languages (e.g., Bash, Python, Power shell) for automation tasks and infrastructure management
- Extensive experience with Terraform for infrastructure as code (IaC) management, including writing and maintaining modules. Experience with ARM templates or Bicep is an added advantage
- Proficiency with CI/CD tools and practices (e.g., Azure DevOps, Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions), including creating and managing pipelines
- Comprehensive experience with AWS cloud platform
- Good experience with monitoring stacks such as Prometheus, Grafana and ELK, Azure Monitoring services
- Good experience with Kubernetes in a cloud environment along with Microservices deployment
- Good to have exposure to designing and implementing cloud services and architectures.
