Key roles and responsibilities:
Craft and implement programs to enhance employee engagement and motivation.
Organize team-building activities, events, and workshops to foster a positive workplace
culture.
Develop and manage well-being initiatives, such as wellness programs, fitness activities,
and mental health support services.
Facilitate open communication channels between employees and management.
Implement feedback mechanisms and strategies to address concerns and improve the
overall employee experience.
Create and manage employee rewards & recognition programs to acknowledge
outstanding performance and contributions.
Implement initiatives to improve the physical and psychological well-being of employees
in the workplace.
Address and resolve workplace conflicts or issues that may affect employee happiness.
Qualifications:
A bachelor's or master’s degree in human resources, Organizational Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in HR, events, or employee engagement.
Minimum 4+ years of experience
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Understanding of organizational dynamics and human behavior.
Ability to develop and implement creative and effective employee engagement strategies.
Experience in event management is a plus.
