About the role

WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR 🌟 Do you have a talent for discovering creative ways to automate processes and integrate systems? As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a talented and experienced developer to design and implement automation solutions that streamline business operations, connect external services, and improve financial processes. Your work will directly contribute to increasing efficiency and reducing company costs. WHAT YOU'LL DO πŸš€ Internal process automation: you will develop and implement systems and tools that automate routine tasks and processes, increasing work efficiency and reducing task completion time. Integration with external services: you will develop and maintain solutions for seamless interaction with external services and systems, including CRMs, ERPs, payment gateways, and other platforms. Financial activity automation: you will implement solutions that automate financial operations, such as payment processing, accounting, and reporting to reduce the risk of errors and accelerate financial processes. Maintain and enhance systems: Ensure stable operation and implement updates for automated processes and integrations. TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE πŸ’₯ You'll need At least 3 years of experience in software development. Excellent knowledge of programming languages (e.g., NodeJS, TypeScript). Experience working with APIs and external integrations. Experience working with databases (SQL and NoSQL). Strong communication skills and attention to detail. Experience in business process automation and integration with external services. Experience with financial systems and automation of financial operations will be an advantage. Key Competencies Technical Competencies: Deep understanding of software development principles and practices. Experience with business process automation tools and platforms (e.g., n8n, Pipedream, Zapier, Temporal.io, Windmill). Knowledge of modern technologies and trends in programming and integrations. Analytical Competencies: Ability to analyze current processes and propose solutions for their optimization. Ability to analyze large volumes of data and extract valuable insights. Team Competencies: Ability to collaborate effectively within interdisciplinary teams. Excellent communication and coordination skills for collaborating with team members and other departments. IT WOULD BE GREAT IF YOU HAVE 🀩 Additional Skills: Strong analytical skills. Experience with additional programming languages (e.g., PHP, Python). Initiative and desire to continuously improve processes. Knowledge of financial accounting and bookkeeping basics.
