About the role

We're building our first dedicated Business Operations function from the ground up, and we're looking for a sharp, solutions-oriented generalist to help us do it. As our Business Operations Specialist, you'll work at the center of it all: coordinating cross-functional initiatives, building operational frameworks, and ensuring things run smoothly as we scale. You'll report directly to our Chief of Staff, with the opportunity to influence every corner of the company. Coordinate the quarterly OKR process from planning to tracking, making sure every team is aligned on their goals and progress. Plan and manage company-wide meetings and events, including All Hands and leadership syncs, to ensure they're purposeful and drive action. Maintain reporting systems that track critical metrics and deliver insights to help leadership make informed decisions. Provide project support across departments, acting as the operational glue for complex, cross-functional initiatives. Support the Chief of Staff in rolling out processes for goal-setting, planning, and accountability. Create and manage documentation that supports knowledge-sharing without slowing us down. Contribute to strategic initiatives, starting with optimizing our company-wide OKR process. Evaluate and improve operational tools and systems, making sure they power our operations. Keep communication flowing smoothly, ensuring teams are informed and nothing falls through the cracks. Guide change management efforts, helping teams adopt new processes and ways of working.
