Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Manufacturing Supervisor at Terranova Green Energy Private Limited. The Manufacturing Supervisor will oversee day-to-day manufacturing operations for lithium batteries, inverters, and ESS products, ensuring safe, efficient, and timely production. Responsibilities include planning and coordinating production schedules, assigning tasks, and monitoring workflow to meet output and quality targets. The role involves supervising production team members, providing guidance and feedback, and promoting a culture of safety and continuous improvement. The Manufacturing Supervisor will monitor quality control processes, address deviations, and collaborate with engineering, supply chain, and quality teams to resolve issues. Additional tasks include maintaining production reports, supporting process optimization initiatives, and ensuring compliance with company policies and relevant standards.
Qualifications
- Strong manufacturing operations experience, including hands-on exposure to production environments and familiarity with equipment and processes.
- Supervisory skills with experience leading production teams, managing performance, and fostering a safe, inclusive, and collaborative work environment.
- Proficiency in production planning, including scheduling, resource allocation, and coordination to meet delivery timelines and production targets.
- Quality control skills, with the ability to monitor product quality, follow standard operating procedures, and support corrective and preventive actions.
- Effective communication skills for coordinating with cross-functional teams, documenting production activities, and providing clear instructions to team members.
- Experience in battery manufacturing, electronics, or related clean energy/industrial sectors is an advantage.
- Knowledge of lean manufacturing, 5S, or continuous improvement methodologies is beneficial.
- Diploma or bachelor’s degree in engineering, manufacturing, industrial engineering, or a related field preferred, or equivalent practical experience.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setup while staying aligned
