Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Jaipur for a Manufacturing Store Associate. The candidate will handle daily tasks such as managing inventory, ensuring product availability, assisting customers with inquiries or purchases, maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the store, and handling retail transactions. Additionally, the role may involve training new employees and ensuring customer satisfaction through quality service and support.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage with clients and ensure excellent service
- Experience in Retail Sales with proficiency in assisting customers to make informed purchases
- Well-developed Organization Skills to maintain inventory and store operations effectively
- Capability and experience in Training team members to enhance their performance
- Basic understanding of inventory management practices is a plus
- Ability to work collaboratively with a team in a fast-paced environment
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in retail or related fields are advantageous
