Job Title: Engineering Recruiter (Non-IT) – Aerospace Experience Preferred (Manufacturing or Industrial roles would work too).

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Engineering Recruiter with a strong background in recruiting for non-IT engineering roles. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience sourcing and placing engineers across disciplines such as mechanical, electrical, manufacturing, aerospace, or industrial engineering. Experience recruiting within the aerospace or defense industry is a strong advantage.

This role will work closely with hiring managers to identify top engineering talent and manage the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to offer stage.


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for non-IT engineering roles.
  • Source, screen, and engage candidates across engineering disciplines including mechanical, electrical, aerospace, manufacturing, and industrial engineering.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and hiring priorities.
  • Utilize multiple sourcing channels including LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and networking to identify top talent.
  • Maintain accurate candidate records and pipeline tracking within Bullhorn ATS.
  • Conduct initial candidate screenings and evaluate technical fit.
  • Coordinate interviews and provide candidate management throughout the hiring process.
  • Build strong pipelines of engineering talent for current and future hiring needs.


Required Qualifications

  • 3+ years of recruiting experience focused on non-IT engineering roles.
  • Proven experience recruiting for engineering positions such as mechanical, electrical, manufacturing, or industrial engineers.
  • Strong sourcing and candidate engagement skills.
  • Experience working with LinkedIn Recruiter or similar sourcing tools.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.


Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior recruiting experience in the aerospace or defense industry.
  • Hands-on experience using Bullhorn ATS.
  • Experience supporting engineering hiring in manufacturing, automotive, aerospace, or heavy engineering sectors.
  • Experience working in a staffing or recruitment agency environment.
