Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Manufacturing Process Engineer, based in Surat. The Manufacturing Process Engineer will be responsible for analyzing and enhancing manufacturing processes to ensure efficiency and quality. Key responsibilities include designing and implementing process improvements, troubleshooting and resolving engineering challenges, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring adherence to safety and sustainability standards. The position involves leveraging technical expertise to support the optimal production of high-quality products.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in Manufacturing Processes and Manufacturing Engineering
• Proficiency in Process Engineering and Analytical Skills
• Background in Mechanical Engineering and related technical expertise
• Problem-solving skills with a focus on efficiency and optimization
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
• Knowledge of safety and sustainability standards in manufacturing
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
• Prior experience in the diamond or jewelry manufacturing industry is an advantage
