Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Neemrana Rajasthan for the position of Manufacturing Plant Head. The role involves overseeing all plant operations, developing and executing production plans, ensuring quality control, and managing budgets to meet organizational goals. The Manufacturing Plant Head will also be responsible for overseeing production management processes, addressing challenges, and ensuring regulatory compliance to ensure efficient and effective plant functioning.
Roles and Responsibility
- Lead cosmeticl production operations efficiently.
- Develop and implement effective manpower planning strategies.
- Ensure compliance with GMP regulations and quality standards.
- Optimize batch manufacturing processes for better productivity.
- Conduct audits to maintain high-quality standards.
- Coordinate with teams for timely dispatch as per targets.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in Plant Operations and Production Management of Cosmetics or pharmaceuticals is mandatory.
- Expertise in Production Planning and Budgeting
- Strong skills in Quality Control and assurance practices
- Excellent leadership, organizational, and problem-solving abilities
- Knowledge of compliance regulations and safety standards in the manufacturing industry
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations Management, or a related field
- Experience in the skincare, pharmaceutical, or personal care manufacturing industry is a plus
- Proficiency in using production and inventory management software tools
