Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Manufacturing Planner Engineer, located in Vadodara. The role involves managing production and manufacturing schedules, planning and coordinating operations, and ensuring optimal resource allocation to meet project deadlines. The Manufacturing Planner Engineer will also engage in creating strategies for streamlining processes and maximizing efficiency within the production environment. Effective communication and collaboration with internal teams and external stakeholders will be a key aspect of the daily responsibilities.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Production Planning and Planning to ensure efficient workflow and resource management
- Operations Management expertise to oversee manufacturing processes and maintain productivity
- Proficiency in Manufacturing processes and techniques to ensure adherence to quality standards
- Excellent Communication skills for effective collaboration with team members and stakeholders
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations Management or a related field
- Experience in the oilfield or energy equipment industry is a plus
- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
