Role Description
We are seeking a Manufacturing Operations Specialist (0-2 years) for a full-time role. The Specialist will contribute their knowledge and motivation to work alongside Senior Specialists. Together, you will develop and implement industry-leading best practices across various areas, including the shop floor, automation, production planning, and factory design. Your goal will be to exceed client expectations and deliver exceptional results.
Qualifications we look for:
- Industrial, Production, Manufacturing, and Mechanical Engineers with 0-2 years of experience in the manufacturing sector.
- Excellent knowledge of Industrial Engineering, Lean, TPS, TPM, Facilities Planning & Design.
- Skilled in AutoCAD.
- Effective Communication and presentation.
- Demonstrate the ability to work with people at all levels.
- The ability to manage time-sensitive, high-pressure situations.
- Willingness to travel and stay on-site for periods ranging from 2 to 6 months.
- Comfortable working in a small firm.
