Key Responsibilities
Overall Production Management
Lead and manage the complete production operations including laser cutting, CNC bending, welding, and heavy fabrication processes to achieve production targets, quality standards, and delivery schedules.

Production Planning & Control
Develop and implement effective production planning, scheduling, and resource allocation to optimize machine utilization and ensure on-time delivery.

Process Optimization & Efficiency Improvement
Continuously improve fabrication processes such as laser cutting, sheet metal bending, and welding to enhance productivity, reduce waste, and improve cycle time.

Team Leadership & Workforce Management
Lead and mentor production supervisors, engineers, welders, operators, and fabrication teams while maintaining discipline, productivity, and skill development.

Quality Assurance & Compliance
Ensure strict adherence to quality standards, welding procedures, fabrication tolerances, and inspection requirements to maintain product reliability.

Cost Control & Budget Management
Monitor production costs, material usage, scrap levels, and operational expenses while implementing strategies to reduce manufacturing costs.

Equipment & Maintenance Coordination
Coordinate with the maintenance team to ensure laser machines, press brakes, welding equipment, and fabrication tools are properly maintained and available for continuous production.

Safety & Regulatory Compliance
Implement and enforce workplace safety standards, fabrication safety practices, and statutory compliance to ensure a safe manufacturing environment.

Cross-Functional Coordination
Collaborate with design, procurement, quality, and supply chain teams to ensure smooth project execution and timely material availability.

Continuous Improvement & Technology Implementation
Drive initiatives such as Lean Manufacturing, process automation, and new fabrication technologies to improve operational performance. Click on Apply to know more.
