Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Manufacturing Excellence Head, based in Abroad. The individual will be responsible for overseeing production planning, implementing initiatives to improve operational excellence, and managing overall manufacturing operations. Key duties also include ensuring compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and developing strategies to enhance efficiency and performance within the manufacturing process.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in Production Planning and Operations Management
- Proficiency in implementing principles of Operational Excellence and optimizing processes
- In-depth knowledge of Manufacturing and Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) standards
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and strategic-thinking skills
- Ability to lead teams, communicate effectively, and drive cross-functional collaboration
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field; a relevant advanced degree is a plus
- Experience in leading manufacturing improvement programs is highly preferred
