Role Description The Manufacturing Engineering Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Aurangabad, responsible for leading and optimizing manufacturing engineering activities across the plant. The role involves planning and implementing manufacturing processes, driving continuous improvement in productivity, quality, and safety, and coordinating with cross-functional teams such as production, maintenance, quality, and supply chain. Day-to-day tasks include analyzing existing processes, introducing new technologies and methods, managing engineering projects and resources, and ensuring adherence to industry standards and company certifications. The manager will mentor and develop engineering talent, support new product introduction and industrialization, and collaborate closely with leadership to align manufacturing operations with business goals and customer requirements.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong skills in Manufacturing Engineering and Manufacturing Operations to oversee production processes and optimize shop-floor performance.
- Candidates should possess solid Process Engineering and Industrial Engineering skills to design efficient workflows, improve resource utilization, and enhance overall productivity.
- Candidates should possess proven Engineering Management capabilities to lead teams, manage projects, allocate resources, and drive cross-functional collaboration.
- Relevant experience in automotive or industrial component manufacturing, preferably with precision parts and assemblies
