We're building India's first HVLS fan engineered around a proprietary PMSM motor — and we're hiring.
Most industrial HVLS fans sold in the country today still run on imported induction motors or re-badged Chinese assemblies. At Softwave Fans, we took a different bet: design a Permanent Magnet Synchronous Motor purpose-built for Indian factories, pair it with aerofoil blades, and manufacture the whole thing in Pune under the Epoch Fans brand.
It's working. Our fans are running in pharma plants, automotive OEMs, defence units, PSU warehouses and premium logistics hubs across India.
To scale from here, we need a Manufacturing Engineer who can:
• Own the assembly line end-to-end — SOPs, quality, throughput, testing
• Run procurement across our BOM, with a mandate to localise aggressively
• Hold the line on PMSM quality. No shortcuts. No silent substitution with Chinese parts.
5–8 years in electromechanical manufacturing. B.E. / B.Tech Mechanical or Production. Pune, on-site. Direct exposure to the Chairman from day one. Meaningful career path as we scale.
