Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Manufacturing Engineer located in Kochi. The Manufacturing Engineer will oversee and optimize manufacturing processes, ensuring quality, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness. Day-to-day tasks include analyzing production lines, implementing process improvements, managing machining operations, collaborating with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot technical challenges, and ensuring compliance with industry standards.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Manufacturing Processes and Manufacturing Engineering techniques
- Knowledge of Industrial Engineering principles and their application in production environments
- Experience with Mechanical Engineering concepts and practices
- Hands-on expertise with Machining operations and associated tools
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to drive process improvements
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or Manufacturing Engineering or a relevant field
- Previous experience in a similar role is a plus
