Role Description
The Manufacturer role at Cipla Ltd. is a full-time, on-site position located in Hyderabad. The individual in this role will be responsible for managing and overseeing the production processes of pharmaceutical products, ensuring quality standards and regulatory compliance are met. Daily activities include maintaining production schedules, monitoring equipment performance, troubleshooting operational issues, and adhering to safety protocols. Collaboration with cross-functional teams to meet production goals is also a key aspect of this role.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in production processes, manufacturing operations, and equipment management
- Knowledge of quality assurance, regulatory compliance, and safety standards in manufacturing
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Excellent organizational, time management, and communication abilities
- Capability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
- Educational background in Engineering, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or a related field is preferred
- Prior experience in the pharmaceutical manufacturing industry is an advantage
