Description

We are a dynamic team developing CRM and accountancy software using Node.js, React, and MySQL. We are looking for an intern to join as a Manual Tester for 6 months to ensure our product's quality by thoroughly testing functionalities, identifying bugs, and improving the overall user experience.

Briefly, we want an Intern who is Good at Manual Testing and MySql Database Querying.

Responsibilities

• Design, create, and execute manual test cases to validate the functionality, performance, and usability of our CRM and accountancy software.
• Collaborate with the development team to understand project requirements and ensure comprehensive testing coverage.
• Identify, document, and track software defects and inconsistencies in bug tracking systems.
• Conduct functional, regression, integration, and usability testing.
• Validate data accuracy and integrity, especially in database-related workflows involving MySQL on phpMyAdmin.
• Perform cross-browser and cross-device testing to ensure compatibility.
• Provide detailed feedback on user experience issues and suggest improvements.
• Work closely with developers to assist with debugging and retesting of resolved issues.
• Maintain and update testing documentation, including test plans and test cases.
  
  

Requirements

• Basic understanding of manual testing principles and web applications.
• Familiarity with MySQL and phpMyAdmin for database validation.
• Ability to create clear, concise, and comprehensive test plans and test cases.
• Understanding of web technologies like Node.js, React, and MySQL.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
• Experience testing CRM or financial/accountancy software (a plus).
• Familiarity with bug tracking and project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello).
• Knowledge of APIs and testing tools like Postman for backend functionality validation (a plus).
